What each service includes.
Prices are starting prices in Indian rupees, before GST. Your quote depends on your devices.
Data Health Assessment
We examine your devices, check their health safely, and tell you plainly what is on them, what is at risk and what it would take to preserve it.

§ 02 — What affects the price

We do not guess at these. We find them out during the assessment.

§ 03 — How payment works
In stages, in writing.
You always know what is due, and when, before you agree to anything.

Assessment first
Every project begins with an assessment (Data Health Assessment, from ₹1,500), so the quote reflects your devices rather than a guess.
- 02
A fixed quote
You receive a written, fixed quote. It stays valid for 14 days.
- 03
A deposit books the project
A deposit of 30% of the quote books your project.
- 04
The balance after your review
The balance is due after you have reviewed the archive and are satisfied that it is complete.
- 05
GST shown separately
GST at 18% appears as its own line on your quote and invoice, never folded into the price.
- 06
Secure online payment
You pay through Razorpay from your status page. All prices are in Indian rupees (INR).
§ 04 — Data recovery
For devices that no longer work.
For devices that no longer work normally. Recovery depends on the physical condition of the media, so we assess first and quote honestly.
We cannot guarantee recovery from physically damaged media. If we think the odds are poor, we will say so before you spend more. If a drive is clicking, please stop using it and keep it somewhere safe.
§ 05 — What you are paying for
Why a complete archive can cost ₹25,000
You are not paying for a copy-and-paste. You are paying for careful, supervised time: every device accounted for, failing media handled safely, and nothing deleted until you have checked the result.
The final price depends on how many devices and drives there are, how much data they hold in total, their physical condition, how complex the work is (old formats, encryption, damaged media), where the archive is going and how much organisation you would like.

My hard drive is clicking. Should I keep trying to open it?
Please stop. Repeatedly powering on a clicking drive can make recovery harder. Unplug it and keep it somewhere safe until it has been assessed.
Why does a full archive project cost ₹25,000 or more?
Because most of the work is careful, supervised time: inventorying devices, reading failing media safely, consolidating years of files, migrating, and verifying every copy before anything is deleted. The final price depends on the number of devices, data volume and condition.
